You’re going to have to work for this experience: To get to the legendary Alaskan feast at Taku Glacier Lodge, you have to first get yourself to Juneau, then to the waterfront, and then take a floatplane that launches off the glacier-filled Gastineau Channel. Once you arrive, you’re treated to a truly local meal, including just-caught salmon cooked over an alderwood fire, Alaskan sourdough break and lemonade chilled with glacier ice.”
