Conveniently, we’re located right downtown in Juneau,  just steps from the cruise ship terminals, downtown hotels, and local parking.  You can’t miss us: our iconic de Havilland Otter aircraft are part of Juneau’s waterfront story, and we’re proudly located within the vibrant blue Historic Merchants Wharf at the head of the harbor.  We are the exclusive seaplane operation in the heart of downtown Juneau.

You can’t go wrong — both excursions follow the same breathtaking 5-glacier flightseeing route — the most glaciers seen on any flightseeing tour in Alaska.  The difference comes after your flight: the Taku Lodge Feast & 5-Glacier Discovery includes two unforgettable hours at our private wilderness lodge — a salmon feast, storytelling, and time by the river.

For safety, accessibility, and comfort, our maximum individual guest weight is 300 pounds. If it’s technically flyable but we can’t show you the beauty of all five glaciers, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.  Transparency and communication are essential to our team — your safety and experience always come first.   We hold your trust — and our reputation — to the highest standard. If conditions don’t allow us to deliver the awe-inspiring views Alaska is known for, we don’t fly.
